About the event
The Culinary Club is hosting an upcoming BBQ technique class and potluck. We will start at the Clubhouse where new resident Thomas will be talking about the Green Egg and how to use it. To showcase the flavor, we will do a taste test comparison of grilled items as an appetizer. We will then move to a private residence on Arcadius to for a more personal atmosphere than the usual clubhouse setting but which will also set an attendance limit of 20. The session will include two specific technique demonstrations using the flat top grill and smoker techniques.
This is a potluck event, so please bring a side dish to share with the group. Whether it is a salad, a classic BBQ side, or a dessert, all contributions are welcome.
